1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using our services, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. Users must be at least 13 years old to use Poly Bla Bla.
2. Accounts and Registration
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate information during signup. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
3. Usage of Services
Permitted Use: The platform is for personal, non-commercial use only, no illegal purposes. Content Ownership: All content remains the intellectual property of Poly Bla Bla and its licensors. User Conduct: No offensive or abusive content, violations may result in account termination. Poly Bla Bla is a live, public app, not a beta product. Separately, we run a small volunteer early-access testing program for people who opt in to try new features before they ship broadly; that program is optional and doesn't change how these terms apply to your account.
4. Founding Member Subscription
Founding Member access grants full use of every lesson, every language, and every feature as it ships, for as long as your subscription stays active. It is an auto-renewing subscription, billed either annually ($29.99/year) or monthly ($2.99/month), through the App Store or Google Play, whichever you purchased through, and includes a free trial period before your first charge. The exact trial length is disclosed on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Apple or Google handles all payment, billing, and cancellation for this subscription directly, the same as any other app subscription, we don't see or store your card details. Refunds on App Store or Google Play purchases are requested through Apple or Google directly, not through Poly Bla Bla. Anyone who becomes a Founding Member before the offer closes keeps the $29.99/year or $2.99/month rate for the life of their membership, even after public pricing changes for new members.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Disclosure
Title: Poly Bla Bla Founding Member. Length: 1 year (annual plan) or 1 month (monthly plan), depending on which you choose. Price: $29.99/year or $2.99/month, as selected at purchase. This subscription renews automatically unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android), outside of the Poly Bla Bla app itself.
6. Modification of Services
The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice, though users will be informed of significant changes when feasible.
7. Privacy
Data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Using our services constitutes consent to those practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Services are provided "as is and as available." No Liability: Poly Bla Bla is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to defend Poly Bla Bla from claims arising from service violations or misuse.
