How to Report Issues: A Step-by-Step Guide

If you come across any issues or have feedback to share, here are three ways to do it:

1. Main Email: Help@PolyBlaBla.com

• Step 1: Draft an email with the subject line “Beta Feedback: [Short Description of Issue or Feature]” to Help@PolyBlaBla.com.
• Step 2: Describe the issue you encountered, what you were doing when it happened, and any steps you took leading up to the issue.
• Step 3: Attach screenshots or screen recordings if possible—this helps us understand your experience better.

2. TestFlight (iOS)

• Step 1: If you are using an iOS device, you can easily provide feedback via the TestFlight app.
• Step 2: When you encounter an issue, take a screenshot and use the “Send Feedback” option available through the TestFlight app.
• Step 3: Write a brief description of the issue or suggestion, then submit it through TestFlight.

3. Android/Play Store

• Step 1: For Android users, you can provide feedback directly through the Google Play Store.
• Step 2: Visit Poly Bla Bla on the Play Store, then scroll down to find the option to leave a review or feedback.
• Step 3: Be as detailed as possible—mention what happened, how it impacted your experience, and any other relevant information.

How to Download Poly Bla Bla via TestFlight or Google Play Store

For iOS Users: TestFlight

1. Install TestFlight App:
• Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
• Search for “TestFlight” and download it. Alternatively, click here to download TestFlight.
2. Join the Beta Testing for Poly Bla Bla:
• You will receive an invitation link via email or directly from us.
• Click the Invitation Link on your device, and it will automatically open in the TestFlight app.
• Once TestFlight opens, tap “Accept” to join the beta testing program.
3. Download Poly Bla Bla:
• In TestFlight, you will see Poly Bla Bla listed as an available app.
• Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device.

For Android Users: Google Play Store Testing

1. Join the Beta Testing Program:
• You will receive a Google Play Store link that allows you to join the beta program. Alternatively, we might provide you with an invitation via email.
• Click the Link: Open the link on your Android device. It will take you to the Poly Bla Bla Beta Testing page on the Google Play Store.
• Tap the “Join” button to become a tester. It may take a few minutes to process your request.
2. Install Poly Bla Bla:
• Once you have joined the beta testing program, go to the Google Play Store.
• Search for Poly Bla Bla, and you should see a note that you’re a beta tester.
• Tap “Install” to download and install the app.

Feedback Instructions for All Testers:
