Beta Tester Agreement:

Acknowledgment of Purpose
- I understand that my primary role is to help test the Poly Bla Bla app for free and provide constructive feedback regarding its features, usability, and overall experience.
Minimum Usage Requirement
- I agree to use the app actively and consistently. I acknowledge that if I remain inactive for more than 30 consecutive days, I may be removed from the beta testing group to allow others the opportunity to participate.
Benefits of Participation
- As a token of appreciation for my participation, I will receive free lifetime access to Poly Bla Bla, including all future updates and premium features.
Consent to Promotional Content & Terms
- I agree to receive promotional emails and updates regarding Poly Bla Bla, including new features, upcoming releases, and special offers. I also agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the platform during my beta testing period.
Privacy and Feedback Collection
- I understand that my feedback and usage data may be collected for research purposes to help improve the app. This data will be used solely for enhancing the user experience, and any personal information will be handled with confidentiality.
Beta Tester Responsibilities
- I understand that as a beta tester, I am encouraged to report bugs, share suggestions, and participate in occasional surveys or feedback sessions to provide valuable input to the Poly Bla Bla development team.
Termination of Participation
- I acknowledge that my participation in the beta program may be terminated at any time if I do not comply with the above requirements or if the beta testing phase concludes.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- As a beta tester, I agree not to share any details, features, or screenshots of the Poly Bla Bla app with anyone outside of the testing group. I understand that the app is in a confidential testing phase, and maintaining this confidentiality is crucial for the success of the platform.
Liability Disclaimer
- I understand that the Poly Bla Bla app is currently in beta testing, which means that it may contain bugs or errors. I agree that Poly Bla Bla is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the app during this testing phase.
Support and Communication
- I understand that as a beta tester, I may reach out to the Poly Bla Bla support team with any questions or issues I encounter. I am encouraged to use the designated channels (email, feedback forms, or dedicated discussion forums) to provide my feedback.
Feedback Incentives
- In addition to free lifetime access, I understand that exceptional contributors may receive additional rewards, such as exclusive app features, merchandise, or special recognition for valuable feedback provided during the beta phase.
Updates and Changes
- I acknowledge that during the beta testing phase, the app may receive updates, and some features may be added, modified, or removed. I agree to test and provide feedback on these changes as they are implemented.
- I understand that I am expected to test specific features of the app as communicated by the Poly Bla Bla team, which may include new releases or updates, in order to gather targeted feedback.
